Two Deadlines, One Sales Issue

Ab dem 11.9.2026 gilt die Meldepflicht, auch rückwirkend für bereits ausgelieferte Produkte. Melden können Sie nur, was Ihre Zulieferer Ihnen gemeldet haben. Ab dem 11.12.2027 gilt ohne Konformitätserklärung ein Vertriebsstopp für Produkte mit digitalen Elementen. Das ist ein Umsatzthema, kein Formularthema.
